By signing up for The Power Plan Accelerator, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are legally binding under UK law. These terms govern your participation in our intensive coaching programme and ensure a clear and fair experience for all members. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

1. Cooling Off Period

You have a 7 day cooling off period from the date of signing up. During this time:

  • You may cancel your coaching programme for a full refund of your initial payment, provided you have not accessed any live sessions or materials.
  • Accessing live sessions or programme materials during the cooling off period waives your right to a refund.

2. Programme Duration

  • The Power Plan Accelerator is a results focused coaching programme with a duration as specified at the time of enrolment.
  • After the 7 day cooling off period, you are legally committed to completing the programme in full, including all associated payments.

3. Notice Period

  • Within the specified programme duration, cancellations are not permitted except during the 7 day cooling off period.
  • If the programme includes ongoing membership or coaching access beyond it's initial duration of 12 weeks, you may cancel by providing 1 month’s written notice to info@sprouted.online.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for The Power Plan Accelerator is required as outlined at the time of purchase. Options may include a one time payment or an agreed instalment plan.
  • Instalment plans are binding for the full programme cost, regardless of completion of the programme.
  • Payments are non-refundable after the cooling off period.

International Payments

  • All payments will be processed in GBP (£). Any exchange rates or additional fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
  • Ensure your payment method allows international transactions to avoid interruptions to your access.

Failure to Pay

  • Non-payment will result in suspended access to the programme until the balance is settled.
  • You will remain liable for the full cost of the programme as per the payment agreement.
  • SPROUT(ED) ONLINE LTD t/a SPROUT(ED) reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid fees, including all reasonable legal and recovery costs.

5. Access to Sessions and Materials

  • Upon sign up, you will gain access to the The Power Plan Accelerator coaching sessions, resources, and materials.
  • Live coaching sessions will be scheduled as communicated during your enrolment.
  • Recordings and materials will be available for replay for the duration of your access period.

6. Member Responsibilities

  • Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details to avoid disruption to their programme access.
  • Participation in coaching sessions, challenges, and activities is strongly encouraged to maximise results.

7. Termination by The Power Plan Accelerator

  • The Power Plan Accelerator reserves the right to terminate your membership in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
  • If terminated due to non-payment, you remain liable for the full programme fees.

8. Liability for Non-Payment

  • By enrolling, you agree to fulfil the financial obligations for the full programme cost. Failure to pay does not release you from this commitment.
  • If payments are not made, The Power Plan Accelerator reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the remaining fees.
  • You will be liable for the outstanding amount and any additional costs incurred for legal and recovery actions.

9. Updates to Terms

  • The Power Plan Accelerator reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with reasonable notice.
  • Continued participation in the programme signifies acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • This agreement applies regardless of your location at the time of purchase. By enrolling, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
