By signing up for SPROUT(ED) HOUSE, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are legally binding under UK law. These terms govern your participation in our 12 month coaching programme and ensure a transparent and fair experience for all members. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

1. Cooling Off Period

You have a 7 day cooling off period from the date of signing up. During this time:

• You may cancel your membership for a full refund of your initial payment, provided you have not accessed any live sessions or materials.

• Accessing live sessions or programme materials within the cooling off period waives your right to a refund.

2. Membership Duration

• SPROUT(ED) HOUSE is a 12 month coaching programme.

• After the 7 day cooling off period, you are legally committed to a minimum term of 12 months.

• Membership automatically continues after the initial 12 months unless cancelled with notice.

3. Notice Period

• Within the Initial 12 Months: You may not cancel your membership during the first 12 months except during the 7 day cooling off period.

• After the Initial 12 Months: You must provide a minimum of 1 month’s written notice if you wish to terminate your membership to [email protected].

4. Payment Terms

• The membership fee is £400 to secure your place, followed by £400 per month payable every 30 days.

• Payments are non-refundable after the cooling off period, regardless of your participation or access to programme content.

• If you choose to pay monthly, the first payment is required at the time of sign up. Subsequent payments will automatically be debited every 30 days for the remainder of the 12 month term.

International Payments

• Payments will be processed in GBP (£). Your payment provider may apply exchange rates and additional fees for currency conversion, for which you are responsible.

• Ensure your payment method allows international transactions to avoid disruptions.

Failure to Pay

• If a payment fails or is not made, your access to the programme may be suspended until payment is received.

• You will remain liable for the full 12 month term fees, which must be paid in full.

• SPROUT(ED) ONLINE LTD t/a SPROUT(ED) reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid fees. Members will be responsible for all reasonable legal and recovery costs incurred.

5. Access to Sessions and Materials

• Upon sign up, you will gain access to the SPROUT(ED) HOUSE members’ area, resources, and live coaching sessions.

• Live coaching sessions schedule:

  • Tuesdays at 11 am GMT (Live Training)

  • Thursdays at 1 pm GMT (Live Training)

  • Wednesdays at 4 pm GMT (Accountability Coaching)

• Recordings and materials will be available for replay in the members’ area.

6. Member Responsibilities

• Members must ensure payment details are accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate payment information may result in suspended access.

• Active participation in live sessions and challenges is strongly encouraged to maximise the benefits of the programme.

7. Termination by SPROUT(ED) HOUSE

• SPROUT(ED) HOUSE reserves the right to terminate your membership for non-payment or breach of these terms.

• In the event of termination due to non-payment, you will still be liable for the outstanding fees for the full 12 month term.

8. Liability for Non-Payment

• By signing up, you agree to pay for the full 12 month term. Failure to pay does not release you from this commitment.

• If payments are not made, SPROUT(ED) HOUSE reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the remaining fees for the term.

• Members will be liable for all outstanding amounts, as well as any additional costs incurred for legal and recovery actions.

9. Updates to Terms

• SPROUT(ED) HOUSE reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any changes.

• Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• This agreement applies regardless of your location at the time of purchase. By signing up, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
